We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this prayer for the condominium unit in Venice. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:19 that "my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your provision and goodness, Lord.

We ask for Your divine intervention to bring good tenants who will respect and care for the property. May these tenants be responsible and kind, creating a harmonious living environment. Grant the owners peace of mind and financial stability through this rental income.

Lord, we also seek Your wisdom and guidance in every decision related to this property. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." Help them to trust in Your plan and timing.

We pray for Your grace and mercy to be upon this situation. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your unwavering faithfulness.

We pray that [User] places their trust in You and seeks Your direction in making the right decisions.

We also ask for Your protection over the condominium unit and all who will live there. Psalm 121:7-8 assures us, "The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." May Your presence be with the tenants, keeping them safe and secure, and may the property be well cared for.
