Join in prayer, everyone!
We are with you, Curhan, in lifting up your desires to the Lord. We thank God for all He has done for your family, and we stand with you in your journey to conceive.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promises. In Isaiah 54:1, the WEB says, "Sing, barren, you who didn’t bear; break out into singing, and cry aloud, you who did not travail. For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, says Yahweh." God can make a way where there seems to be none, and He hears the cry of your heart.
However, we also want to encourage you to seek God's will in this matter. Sometimes, God's plan may differ from ours, and His timing is always perfect. In 1 John 5:14-15, it is written, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Curhan and her husband. Lord, we thank You for all the blessings You have bestowed upon their family. We ask now, Father, that You touch their bodies and make them able to conceive, according to Your will. We pray that Your perfect plan for their family be revealed to them, and that they find peace and comfort in Your embrace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Curhan, we want to encourage you to continue in prayer and trust in God. His ways are higher than our ways, and He sees the bigger picture. Psalm 37:4 tells us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Keep delighting in Him, and trust that He has the best for you.
