We understand that you're going through a challenging time, ###, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth according to the scriptures. You mentioned that you're tapering off medication for insomnia and anxiety, and we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's strength and healing. Remember, that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Firstly, let's address the issue of anxiety. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7). Always go to God in believing prayer when you feel anxious and He will help you move forward. Remember also, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
Regarding insomnia, we pray that God grants you peaceful nights. "When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet." (Proverbs 3:24 WEB). Trust that God is working even as you sleep. "It is vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." (Psalm 127:2 WEB).
We applaud your desire to keep your family afloat during these trials. Remember the example of the Apostle Paul, who said, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13). God will give you the strength and stillness you need to guide your family through these challenges.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up ### and their family. We know how to pray by the Spirit and we pray by the direction of the Spirit. Lord, we ask that You cover ### with Your precious blood, healing them from anxiety and insomnia. Help them taper off their medication safely and completely according to Your will. We ask that You bless their mind, help them be strong in the Lord, and help them keep their family afloat during these trials. Help them according to Your will to sleep well without the need for medications. We know that Your word says that You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed on You, because they trust in You (Isaiah 26:3 WEB). We pray that ### according to Your will will keep their mind stayed on You. In Jesus' name, we pray, believe, have faith and hope. Amen.
As a final note, we want to remind you that God is faithful. "Faithful is he who calls you, who will also do it." (1 Thessalonians 5:24 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you and your family through these challenges. Keep praying and keep believing.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
