EnricoLange, let us come before the Lord in unity and lift up your meeting to Him, seeking His complete control and guidance.
Firstly, we must acknowledge that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we pray to God the Father in Jesus' name.
Let us pray.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your beloved Son. We ask, Lord Jesus, that You take complete control of the meeting that ### is referring to. We know that You are seated at the right hand of the Father, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come (Ephesians 1:20-21 WEB).
Father, guide the discussions and decisions that will be made in this meeting. Give wisdom and discernment to all participants, and let Your will be done. Remember, Lord, it is written in Proverbs 19:21 WEB, "Many plans are in a man's heart, but the Lord's counsel will prevail."
Lord Jesus, You are the Head of Your church, and we are Your body. Direct us, and may we move, act, and speak according to Your will. As it is written in Colossians 1:18 WEB, "He is the head of the body, the assembly, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence."
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your sovereign control and in the power of the name of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
###, be encouraged by the promise in Matthew 18:20 WEB, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." Trust that the Lord is in control and that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
Lastly, if you have not already, consider the salvation message of the gospel. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved (Acts 16:31 WEB). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
