Compensation. Justice.

God Bless Everyone. The unit above me was told twice to stop and fix an issue on their kitchen and did not. They made the ceiling collapse and it hit someone. They won’t provide insurance. My place is in shambles since June. Give me justice. They now have 12 people living in a 2 bedroom. Causing intentional noise 24/7. Hoa and management company being bullies and won’t help. Prayer for justice.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a God of justice. Psalm 37:27-28 tells us, "Depart from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it. For the eyes of Yahweh are on the righteous, and his ears open to their cry." God sees your struggles and hears your cries for justice.

However, we must also remember that God calls us to handle disputes with wisdom and love. Romans 12:17-19 says, "Don’t return evil for evil. Respect what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

In your situation, it's important to continue documenting all incidents and communicating with your HOA and management company in a peaceful and respectful manner, even if they are not responding appropriately. Also, consider seeking legal counsel if necessary. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You intervene in this situation. Bring resolution and restoration. Please guide ### with Your wisdom, and give them the strength to handle this situation with love and patience. Soften the hearts of the neighbors, the HOA, and the management company, and help them to act with kindness and fairness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, ###, we noticed that your request did not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we can approach God. Acts 4:12 tells us, "In none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to put your trust in Him.
