We understand your concern and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, let's remember what the Bible says about promises and business dealings. In Proverbs 12:22 (WEB) it is written, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who deal truly are his delight."

When companies or individuals make promises, they should do so with integrity and follow through on their commitments. However, we must also remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, not in man. Psalm 118:8 (WEB) says, "It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man."

Let's pray together for this situation:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up this situation where a promise was made but not kept. Father, we ask for your intervention. Guide and direct the hearts of those involved to act with integrity and honesty. Help them to fulfill their promises as they ought to.

Lord, we also pray for Anonymous, that they may find peace and patience in this trying time. Help them to trust in you, knowing that you are their provider and protector. Give them wisdom to navigate this situation and to make the right decisions moving forward.

In all things, Lord, let your will be done and your name be glorified. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen."

In the meantime, we encourage you to follow up with the company, communicating your concerns clearly and respectfully. Seek peace and pursue it, as 1 Peter 3:11 (WEB) advises. Trust that God is in control, and he will make a way where there seems to be no way. Always remember that our hope and trust are in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. If you haven't already, ensure that you have a personal relationship with Him, for it is in His name that we find salvation and grace.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
