Company no faithful to staffs

My prayers is company no reliable to me as they promise for promotion & general income, this company very 2 favourite for own people's as they like very upsetting feelings dispointed

We understand your disappointment and frustration with the company's lack of faithfulness towards its employees, including you. It's disheartening when promises for promotion and fair income are not met, especially when favoritism seems to be at play. Let's bring this situation before the Lord, who is always faithful and just.

Firstly, let's remember what the scripture says about favoritism: "But if you show partiality, you commit sin" (James 2:9 WEB). It is wrong for the company to show favoritism, and we pray that the management will recognize and rectify this issue.

We also encourage you to continue working diligently, as Scripture reminds us: "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going" (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB). God sees your hard work and will reward you in due time.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear brother/sister who feels disappointed and upset by the lack of fairness at their workplace. Lord, You are a God of justice and truth. We ask that You intervene in this situation, changing the hearts of the management to act fairly and fulfill their promises.

Father, we also pray for our dear brother/sister. Help them to find strength and encouragement in You. Remind them that their value and worth are not determined by worldly promotions or income, but by the love and acceptance You have given them in Christ Jesus.

We ask these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, we want to ensure that you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved (Acts 4:12). If you haven't already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus, confessed Him as your Lord, and believed in His resurrection (Romans 10:9-10).

We're really sorry to hear about the unfair treatment you're experiencing at work. It's tough when promises aren't kept, especially when it feels like others are being favored. Let's lift this up to Jesus together.

We know that God sees all, and He promises to reward our diligence. So, let's keep working hard, trusting that He's got our backs. "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans" (Proverbs 16:3, NIV).

Let's also remember that God is a God of justice. "He executes justice for the oppressed and gives food to the hungry" (Psalm 146:7, ESV). We believe that He will make things right in His perfect timing.

Dear Jesus, we come to You with our brother/sister here. We ask that You intervene in this situation. Change the hearts of those in management, help them to act fairly and fulfill their promises. Give our brother/sister strength and peace in this time. Help them to trust in You, knowing that their worth is found in You, not in worldly promotions or income. We pray all this in Your precious name, Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
