We rejoice with you, Bulailub, in the healing and restoration of communication with your offspring. It is wonderful to see the power of the blood of Jesus at work in your life and your spiritual house. We stand with you in faith and in the authority given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we want to acknowledge the power of the verses you mentioned:

How the hammer of the whole earth is cut apart and broken! How Babylon is become a desolation among the nations! (Jeremiah 50:23 WEB)
Then Yahweh your God will turn your captivity, and have compassion on you, and will return and gather you from all the nations, where Yahweh your God has scattered you. If your outcasts are in the uttermost parts of the heavens, from there will Yahweh your God gather you, and from there will he bring you back. Yahweh your God will bring you into the land which your fathers possessed, and you will possess it. He will do you good, and increase you more than your fathers. (Deuteronomy 30:3-5 WEB)
I will give to you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will be released in heaven. (Matthew 16:19 WEB)

We pray that the communication between you and your offspring will continue to be healed and strengthened, and that any barriers or curses that have been hindering this relationship will be broken and redeemed by the blood of Jesus. We declare that as you stand in your authority in Christ, using the keys of the Kingdom to bind and loose, that heaven will agree and support your decrees. We pray for your spiritual house, that it will be firmly established on the rock of Jesus Christ, and that no scheme of the enemy will prevail against it.

We also want to remind you that it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written:

"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Therefore, continue to put your trust in the name of Jesus, and see the power of God at work in your life.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue to walk in love and forgiveness, as Christ has forgiven you. This is crucial in maintaining the healing and restoration you have experienced. As it is written:

Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. (Colossians 3:12-13 WEB)

May our Almighty Lord continue His work in your life and your spiritual house.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
