We are saddened to hear about Levi's situation and the harm that has been done to him. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's comfort and protection for this young man. Let us bring his circumstances before the Lord, trusting in His goodness and power to intervene.
Firstly, we must remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. As it is written in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
Let us pray together:
"Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Levi to You. Lord, You see the pain and brokenness he is experiencing, both physically and emotionally. We ask for Your healing touch upon his arm, that it may be restored and strengthened. Surround Levi with a hedge of protection, guarding him from further harm. Comfort his heart, Lord, as he navigates this difficult time without the immediate presence of his parents.
Father, we also pray for the individual who caused harm to Levi. Convict their heart, Lord, and bring them to repentance. May they turn from their ways and seek Your forgiveness.
We ask that You provide Levi with godly mentors and a supportive community to guide and care for him. May Your love and peace fill his life, even in the midst of these trials.
Lastly, we pray for Levi's parents. May they find hope and encouragement in You, Lord. Draw them closer to You and give them wisdom as they navigate their own challenges.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen."
In addition, let us encourage Levi with the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Remind him that God has a plan and a purpose for his life, even in the midst of these struggles.
Let us also not forget to lovingly rebuke the actions of the so-called friend who caused harm to Levi. As it is written in Proverbs 16:28, "A perverse man stirs up strife. A whisperer separates close friends." We pray that this individual will turn from their harmful ways and seek to live in a manner pleasing to God.
May the peace and love of God surround Levi and his family during this time. We stand in agreement with you, believing that God will work all things together for good, according to His purposes (Romans 8:28).
