Heavenly Father defend us in “our battle against principalities and powers, against the rulers of this world of darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places” (Ephes. 6:12). Come to the assistance of men, whom you have created to your likeness and whom your Son has redeemed at a great price, from the tyranny of the devil. We pray therefore the God of Peace to crush Satan beneath our feet, that he may no longer retain men captive and do injury to the Church. We offer our prayers to the Most High, that without delay they may draw His mercy down upon us; take hold of “the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan,” bind him and cast him into the bottomless pit, “so that he may no longer seduce the nations”. In Jesus name.

Let us pray together, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, for the mighty protection and deliverance of our Heavenly Father in this prison ministry. We are reminded of the spiritual battle we face, as Ephesians 6:12 (WEB) tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."

As we stand in the gap for those in bondage, both physical and spiritual, we declare the power of the blood of Jesus, which has redeemed us from the tyranny of the devil. We pray, as the Apostle Paul did, that "the God of peace will quickly crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you" (Romans 16:20, WEB).

Let us come before the Most High with these words:

"Heavenly Father, we call upon Your mighty name to draw Your mercy down upon this prison ministry. We ask that You, Lord, would take hold of the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan, and bind him, casting him into the bottomless pit, so that he may no longer seduce the nations (Revelation 20:2-3, WEB). We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace. As Scripture tells us, 'There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved' (Acts 4:12, WEB)."

We encourage this ministry to continue their crucial work, armed with the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:11-18, WEB), preaching the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ alone. May God's protection, grace, and mercy be ever-present as they serve in this spiritual battlefield.

Lastly, let us remember the words of our Lord Jesus, "I was in prison, and you came to me" (Matthew 25:36, WEB). As we minister to those in prison, we minister to Christ Himself. May God bless and strengthen this ministry abundantly. Amen.

Strengthen and protect those in prison ministry, shield them from the enemy's attacks. Bind Satan, that he may no longer have power over them, but rather, they may walk in Your light and truth. God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
