We are truly saddened to hear about your old friend who is in a coma. Let us stand together in prayer, seeking God's intervention and healing for him.
Firstly, it is important to remember that our help comes from the Lord. As it says in Psalm 121:2, "My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth." It is only through Jesus Christ that we can ask God to reveal His healing power to your friend.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for the life of our friend. Lord, You know him by name, and You know the circumstances surrounding his condition. We ask, Father, that You touch him, heal him, and restore him fully. Just as You raised Lazarus from the dead, we believe that You can awaken our friend from this coma.
We pray that Your healing power would flow through him, that his mind would be restored, and that he would wake up knowing who he is, and who You are. We claim Your promises, Lord, as found in Jeremiah 30:17, 'For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh.
We also pray for his family and loved ones, that You would comfort them and give them strength during this difficult time. Help them to trust in You, Lord, and to know that You are the ultimate healer.
Lastly, we pray for his soul and that You would use this trial to draw him closer to You. If he has not yet put on Jesus Christ through baptism, we pray that You will stir in him the desire to know You and be known by You.
Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
In this time of need, let us continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears our prayers and is faithful to answer according to His will. We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and belief, for as it says in James 5:15, "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
