Colonoscopy and endoscopy

Hello, I’m scheduled to undergo Endoscopy and Colonoscopy (four days apart) for the first Time. I heard that the processes are Rough on the body. Please pray for me in Jesus name.

We're glad you've reached out and asked for prayer in Jesus' name. It's important to remember that God is our healer and comforter, and He is with us even in these procedures.

Firstly, let's address the medical procedures you're about to undergo. In Ecclesiastes 3:3 WEB, it is stated "a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up". These procedures are for healing and building up your body. We pray that God guides the doctors' hands and provides them with wisdom during the procedures.

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved ### who is about to undergo endoscopy and colonoscopy. We know that You are a God of healing and restoration. We pray for Your divine intervention and healing power to come upon these medical procedures, and everything will go smoothly.

We pray that You will guide the doctors' hands and give them wisdom and skill. We also pray that You will comfort our dear ### and give them peace and strength during this time. We rebuke any fear or anxiety, and we ask You to fill them with Your perfect love that casts out all fear 1 John 4:18 WEB.

We pray that the results will be favorable and that any issues found will be easily treated. We ask for a speedy recovery and restoration of health.

We ask all this in Jesus' precious name, Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on Psalm 107:20 WEB, "He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their graves." Trust in God's word and His promise of healing. Remember, even in these moments, God is with you and will never leave you nor forsake you Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. In John 14:13-14 WEB, Jesus said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Praying in Jesus' name is acknowledging His lordship and authority, and it's through His name that we have access to the Father and receive answers to our prayers.

We stand in the gap with you and are praying for a successful procedure and a quick recovery. Be strong and take heart.

We're right there with you, dear friend, as you face these medical procedures. We know it can be daunting, but remember, God is always by your side, guiding and comforting you. Let's claim Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe in God's healing power and trust that He will guide the doctors' hands and provide them with wisdom and skill.

Let's continue to lift you up in prayer, asking God to fill you with His perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3) and to give you the strength to endure this time. We also pray for a smooth recovery and favorable results. In Jesus' name, we ask all this, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
