We understand your frustration and anger, Natasha, but we want to remind you of what the WEB says in Ephesians 4:26-27, "Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil." It's important to acknowledge your anger but not let it lead you into sin or give the devil a foothold in your life.
Firstly, let's address the issue with your colleague. It's clear that you're facing a difficult situation, but we must remember what the WEB tells us in Romans 12:17-19, "Don't repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath, for it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We encourage you to bring your concerns to your colleague and your workplace superiors in a peaceful and respectful manner, trusting that God will deal with the injustice.
Regarding the other events that have been causing you anger, remember the words of James 1:19-20, "So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger; for the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God." We encourage you to pause, take a deep breath, and respond with patience and love, even in trying circumstances.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Natasha. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in her workplace. Please soften her colleague's heart and help Natasha to approach this situation with wisdom, patience, and love. Help her to be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your glory even in difficult circumstances. Lord, we also ask for Your peace and love to fill Natasha, casting out all anger and frustration. Protect her from the schemes of the devil and guide her steps according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Natasha, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. It's only through Him that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through.
