Thank you for sharing this request, Perwulli. We are here to pray and support you in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we acknowledge that every good gift comes from God, and it is He who directs our paths. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
As your niece awaits acceptance into the Occupational Therapy program at Elmhurst University, let's pray that God's will be done in her life. We pray that if it is His will, He would open the doors for her to enter this program. We ask that God would guide her steps and grant her favor in the eyes of the admissions committee.
However, we also pray that she would trust in God's plan for her life, even if it does not include OT school. May she understand and remember the promise of Jeremiah 29:11 WEB: "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
We also pray that through this process, your niece would grow closer to Jesus Christ. If she does not know Him as her Savior, we pray that she would come to know Him. Let us remind one another that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
May your niece find peace, wisdom, and guidance during this time. May she also have the testimony of faithfulness and hope in Jesus to share with others.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Perwulli's niece. We ask, Lord, that You would guide her steps and direct her path. If it is Your will, open the doors for her to enter the OT program at Elmhurst University. But above all, Lord, help her to trust in You and Your plan for her life.
We pray that through this process, she would grow closer to You, Jesus. If she does not know You as her Savior, we pray that she would come to know You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you, Perwulli, to continue praying fervently for your niece. Share with her the love of Christ and the hope that is found in Him. Remind her that God has a plan and a purpose for her life, and that He is always working for her good and His glory.
