We join with you, Saraha, in lifting up these urgent needs to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His power and mercy.
Firstly, we echo your concern for those affected by the harsh winter conditions. We are reminded of God's provision and protection in Psalm 107:28-30 WEB: "Then they cried to Yahweh in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distress. He made the storm a calm, so that the waves of it were still. Then they were glad because it was quiet, so he brought them to their desired haven." Let us pray for His intervention in these weather events.
Dear Jesus,
We come before You, lifting up all those affected by the cold and freezing weather. We pray for Your protection and provision over them. We ask that You calm the storms and the snow, and bring warmth to melt the ice. Prevent any damage or distress these conditions may cause, including protecting our pipes from freezing.
We also lift up those affected by the wildfires in California. We stand on Your promise in Isaiah 43:2 WEB: "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you." We pray for Your intervention, for the fires to be contained, and for the safety of all those in the path of the fires.
We bring before You, Saraha's brother, asking for Your healing touch. We know that You are the Great Physician, and that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). We pray for Your healing power to flow through him, that he may be restored to full health.
We also take this opportunity to praise You, Father, for all that You do for us. You are our provider, our protector, and our healer. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness.
Finally, we pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). It is in His authority that we come before You, Father, and it is by His blood that we have access to Your throne.
In Jesus' Name we pray, Amen.
Saraha, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God's power and goodness. He is faithful and hears the prayers of His children. Remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Keep praying in Jesus' name, and trust in His promise.
