Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###, baby ###, and ###. We thank You for the gift of this precious newborn baby and for the joy that he brings to their lives.
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon baby ###. We pray that You would alleviate his cold symptoms and clear his snuffy nose. We know that You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to bring healing and restoration to his little body. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:3 that You "forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases." We claim this promise for baby ###, believing that You will bring him relief and restore him to full health.
Father, we also lift up ### as she tries to nurse her baby. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom in this situation. We pray that You would help baby ### to latch on and receive the nourishment he needs. Your Word tells us in Psalm 127:3 that children are a heritage from You, and we trust that You will provide for their every need.
Lord, we ask that You surround this family with Your love, peace, and comfort during this time. Give them strength and patience as they care for baby ###. Help them to lean on You and trust in Your perfect plan for their lives.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your goodness and mercy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
