Kovmur, we join you in praying for Lexie, Skyller, Kylie, Stella, Honor, Bubbie, and Vera, and their housing situation. We ask that you remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), "Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.”
Firstly, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Now, let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lexie and her family. We ask that You guide them through the process of financing their home at La March. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Help them to be good stewards of the home You will provide, and let it be a place of safety and peace. We pray that their home will be a place where Your name is honored and glorified. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage Lexie and her family to trust in God's provision and to seek His kingdom first. We also pray that they will grow in faith and dependency on God, knowing that He is the ultimate provider.
