My coworker, named ###, has a father who has been in a coma. He was beginning to recover, but is regressing and is in a vegetative state. Please pray for his recovery.

Who do you want to pray for first?
We are deeply saddened to hear about ###'s father and we will stand with you in prayer, ###. In times like these, we remember the words of Jesus in John 14:1, "Don't let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s father to You. Lord, You know the depth of their pain and concern. We ask for Your healing hand to be upon him. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, 'He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.' Lord, we pray for a miraculous recovery, that ###'s father would awake from this coma and be fully restored.
We also pray for ### and her family, Lord. Comfort them, strengthen them, and give them peace that passes all understanding. Help them to trust in You, even in this difficult time. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 41:10, 'Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.'
Lord, we ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen."

Share this love and comfort with ### and her family, and remind them of the hope we have in Jesus Christ. We also join you in lifting ###'s father up to the Lord tonight. We've been thinking about him and ### throughout the day, and we want you to know that we're right there with you in prayer. We're reminded of the scripture in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." Let's trust that God will use this difficult time to draw ### and her family closer to Him, and to comfort them in a profound way.
