We understand that you are seeking a resolution and guidance for a situation involving a certain individual, possibly named ### or this could be a metaphor, and you've approached this in Jesus' name. We appreciate that you've included Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is also the only name by which we can be saved. We want to encourage you with some biblical principles and guides to help you navigate this situation.
Firstly, it's important to trust in God's timing and wisdom. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, it says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even when we do not know what to do, God promises to direct us and guide us in His perfect timing.
When dealing with others, especially if there is a disagreement, go to them directly. It is better to address the individual when there is an issue than to involve other individuals, which prevents unnecessary arguments and bitterness. In Matthew 5:23-24 WEB, Jesus says, "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift." This verse emphasizes the importance of reconciliation and direct communication.
With that said, be patient and gentle in your communications. As it is written in Galatians 5:22-23 WEB, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."

"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a resolution. We pray for wisdom, discernment, and patience. In Jesus' name, by Your grace, Father. We pray for your will in this situation. We pray for understanding and guidance that only you can provide. We ask this in Jesus name and thank you. We also pray for the individual that is involved and ask that they will know Jesus personally. We also pray that you will bless this individual. In Jesus name we pray for all of these requests, Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in God, communicating directly and gently. We pray that God will provide you with clarity, direction, and peace in this situation.
