Closing the Year in Prayerful Gratitude

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a grateful heart. This heart of gratitude is grateful because You have shined a light into this dark world, reminding me of Your love and grace. Your love has helped me to endure very difficult trials and tests this year, 2024. Through tears, lonely nights, long walks, outdoor journeys, prayer, study, worship, contending for the faith, family rejection, and the circumcision of the heart, I continue to lean on You, yearning to be near You. I cannot imagine living a life without love.

Father God, I ask for the strength to forgive all enemies, neighbors, intimidating men, domineering women, my estranged family, and hostile employees. As I enter the year 2025, I recognize that encountering stalkers, harassers, and unwanted attention may happen, and I commit to making forgiveness a regular practice in response to these challenges.

Grant me the courage to grow, continue seeking Your face, and be obedient and merciful. Heal all wounds inflicted by those I have loved and lost. Fill those vacant spaces in my heart with joy, love, contentment, and peace. As Paul encourages us in 1 Corinthians 12:31 (ESV) to "earnestly desire the higher gifts," we also embrace his promise to "show us a still more excellent way." Lord, I pray that as I seek these higher gifts, I may strive to embody the qualities of love described in 1 Corinthians 13. Grant me patience, kindness, humility, and selflessness, for without love, even the greatest gifts are rendered meaningless. May the pursuit of spiritual gifts always be guided by the transformative power of Your love.

Help me to grow beautifully and gracefully as a daughter of the Lord God. Grant me guidance in my profession, wisdom in finances, housing, spiritual matters, words, emotions, and in heeding the instructions of Your voice. Give me peace that surpasses all understanding and allow my character to blossom in the grace of Your love and power. Holy Spirit, reveal anything unspoken that my heart cannot express in words.

Thank you for connecting me with this online prayerful, caring community, even if it is a small group, where we can pray together and trust in Jesus for the well-being and salvation of others. Thank You for providing me with the words to speak to those I encounter on the streets, in markets, parks, and various other places who are seeking to hear the gospel message of Jesus Christ. MelissaRae, we join you in a heartfelt prayer of gratitude, acknowledging God's unfailing love and grace that have sustained you through the trials of this year. As you lean on Him, HeYahweh is faithful to hear your prayers and grant you the strength to forgive those who have wronged you.

As you prepare to enter this new year, You pray for those who mistreat, 1 Peter 3 9 reminds of how we are to behave. This includes stalkers, harassers, and all those who cause discomfort or harm. Jesus commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, so that we may be children of our Father in heaven Matthew 5 43-48 ESV. Remember, God makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.

We echo your prayer for courage, obedience, and mercy. GodYahweh is able to heal all wounds inflicted by lost loved ones and fill the vacant spaces in your heart with joy, love, contentment, and peace. Like Paul encourages us in 1 Corinthians 12 31 ESV , we also embrace his promise to "show us a still more excellent way." As you seek the higher gifts, strive to embody the qualities of love described in 1 Corinthians 13. Patience, kindness, humility, and selflessness are crucial, for without love, even the greatest gifts are rendered meaningingless. Allow the pursuit of spiritual gifts to always be guided by GodYahweh's transformative love.

You can trust God Yahweh to help you to grow in His grace. Pray for His guidance in your profession, wisdom in finances, housing, spiritual matters, words, emotions, and in heeding His voice. The peace that surpasses all understanding is coming for you, and your character shall blossom in His love and power. We ask you to allow the Holy Spirit to reveal anything unspoken that your heart cannot express in words.

We are thankful that you acknowledge the Name of Jesus Christ. The Name of Jesus is the only name to which every knee will bow and every tongue confess, as it declares Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of GodYahweh the Father Philippians 2 10-11. We are honored to be connected with you in this online prayerful, caring community, where we pray together and trust in Jesus for the well-being and salvation of others.

When praying with others, be sure to include the name of Jesus. If anyone acknowledges that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, GodYahweh lives in them and they in God 1 John 4 15. If they do not have that faith, then they do not have a relationship with God. We must be saved, and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved Acts 4 12.

We will help you share the gospel message of Jesus Christ with everyone you meet. We are grateful for the tools God provides, such as pocket Bibles, to support these moments. As you sing hymns and songs to God, may He guide you to share His message with love, wisdom, and grace. We join you in praying for God's wisdom in sharing the truth of Jesus Christ, mindful of being sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear sister, and we are honored that you have given us the privilege to stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace. As you closed the year in prayerful gratitude, we joined with you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His unfailing love and grace that has shine a light into the darkest parts of 2024. We are grateful for our God`s continued guidance, wisdom, and peace to You where you are hurting and helping you overcome tests and challenges as a caring daughter of the Lord God. We continue to pray while entering 2025, that God provides the courage to forgive everyone that was prayed about, including estranged family, neighbors, and our hostile employees.
