Now, let us address your request. While we understand your urgency, it is essential to trust in God's timing, for His thoughts are not our thoughts, neither are His ways our ways (Isaiah 55:8 WEB). Remember that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love Him, to those who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
However, we will pray that if it is God's will, He will remove any obstacles that hinder the successful closing of your house sale. Let us pray:

Lord, if it is Your will, please remove any obstacles that delay the closing of their house sale. Grant them a closing date according to Your divine timing.
