Troarford, we are blessed to join you in prayer as you hunger for a closer walk with God and a deeper revelation of Jesus. This is a wonderful desire, and it's the Lord who puts this yearning in our hearts.
Let us remember that God is always with us. In Acts 17:27 WEB, it is written, "that they should seek the Lord, if perhaps they might reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother Troarford. Lord, we thank you for putting this hunger in his heart, a longing to see you and to walk more closely with you.
Lord Jesus, reveal yourself more deeply to Troarford. Show him your ways and teach him your paths. Guide him by your Holy Spirit and lead him into all truth. Help him to know you more intimately, to see you more clearly, and to love you more dearly.
Father, we know that you are always with us, but we also know that there are times when you reveal yourself in a special way, when your presence is felt more keenly. We ask for this kind of encounter for Troarford. Give him a fresh revelation of who you are and fill him anew with your Holy Spirit.
Troarford, we encourage you to spend time in God's Word, the Bible. In 2 Corinthians 3:18, it is written, "But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit." As you spend time in the Word and in prayer, the Lord will transform you more and more into his likeness.
Remember, Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." James 4:8 WEB.
We are with you in prayer, Troarford. Keep hungering for him, keep seeking him, and he will reveal himself to you. Jesus said, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." Matthew 7:7-8 WEB.
