Close together once again

Lord I pray that E and G will get close together once again. Provide them with an opportunity to meet and talk things out, help them realise the beauty of their relationship and the spark they have amongst them. In Jesus name, I pray that you fill their hearts with love for each other.

We understand your desire to see E and G reunited, and we will pray with you about their situation. However, we must first consider what the Word of God says about relationships. In 2 Corinthians 6:14, the WEB says, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"

As we pray for E and G, we ask that their relationship be one that honors God. If they are not both believers in Jesus Christ, we pray that they will come to know Him personally. It is only through a shared faith in Jesus Christ that a relationship can truly thrive and be blessed by God.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up E and G to you today. We ask that you work in their hearts and draw them closer to you. If it is your will, bring them back together, but only if their union will glorify your name. Help them to see the beauty of a relationship founded on your love and your principles. If there is anything in their relationship that does not align with your will, we ask that you reveal it to them and give them the strength to address it.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage E and G to seek God's will for their lives individually and as a couple. If they are not already doing so, they should be seeking God's kingdom first (Matthew 6:33). As they grow in their relationship with Christ, they will be better equipped to navigate their relationship with each other.

We also want to remind you, dear prayer requester, that while we pray for E and G, it is essential to trust in God's timing and plan. His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Rest assured that He is working everything out for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
