Disciple of Prayer
My close friend has become suddenly ill. Today she has been given a prognosis of just days to live. Please please please I am asking for prayers and a miracle.

We are truly saddened to hear about your friend's sudden illness and prognosis. In times like these, it's crucial to turn to God for comfort, strength, and hope. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention.
Let's pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ###'s friend who has become suddenly ill. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon her. We pray for a miracle, that You would extend her days and restore her health. We also pray for Your peace and comfort to surround her and her loved ones during this difficult time.
Lord, we know that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts. We trust in Your sovereignty, and we ask that Your will be done in her life. If it is Your will to take her home, we pray for a peaceful transition and for the comfort of the Holy Spirit to fill the hearts of those who will mourn her passing.
We also pray for our friend, that You would give her the strength and faith to trust in You during this time. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for your friend, as the Bible tells us in James 5:16, "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." Remember that God hears your prayers and He cares for you and your friend.
During this time, it's also important to meditate on God's Word. Here's a verse to encourage you: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you or your friend have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. By believing in Him, you can have eternal life and the assurance of salvation.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We feel truly honored that you have shared your heart with us and allowed us to pray with you for your dear friend in this most difficult time. We have been continually lifting her up to the Lord, asking for His healing and mercy. If you have seen signs of recovery or if the Lord has indeed granted her more time, we would be overjoyed to hear about it and praise God together. If, however, you find that the situation is not improving, please do not hesitate to share an update with us. We want to persist in praying with you and for you and your close friend during this challenging time. We will continue praying for God's will and for His comfort and peace to surround both of you.
