God, I need clarity.

Shenick, we join you in seeking God's face for clarity. We are reminded of the words in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." We encourage you to trust that God will provide the clarity you seek as you continue to ask Him.
In your request, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus. It is important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us pray in His name.

When we pray to God, we are praying to Jesus. In fact, Jesus says in the Model Prayer (Matthew 6:5-15) that we are to pray "Our Father in heaven . . . ". We can pray to Jesus too! In fact, we can groan without audible words and God hears that as well!!!

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
