Wenyell, we join you in prayer as you seek God's will regarding this new relationship. We are encouraged that you desire God's guidance, and we pray that His perfect will be done in your life.
Firstly, let's remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donโt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It's crucial to trust in God and seek His wisdom in every decision, especially when it comes to relationships.
We commend you for wanting to make godly choices, and we pray that this man is indeed a man of God. However, we must remember that God's design for relationships is for a man and a woman to come together in holy matrimony, as outlined in the Bible. We encourage you to pursue a relationship that aligns with these biblical principles, seeking a godly spouse rather than just a partner.
As you get to know this man, we encourage you to observe his fruits, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 7:16 (WEB), "By their fruits you will know them." A man of God will exhibit the fruits of the Spirit, which are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB).
We also want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Wenyell and her potential new relationship. Lord, we ask that You reveal Your will to her clearly. If this man is indeed a man of Yours, and if his love is right for her, we pray that You would bless their relationship and guide them towards a godly marriage. Help them to grow together in Your love and wisdom.
However, if this relationship is not Your will, we ask that You make it clear to Wenyell and give her the strength to walk away. Help her to trust in You and Your timing.
Lord, we also pray for Wenyell's past hurts and mistakes. Heal her heart, Lord, and help her to move forward in Your grace and forgiveness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Stay strong in the Lord, Wenyell, and continue to seek His will. We are here with you in prayer and support.
