Citizenship

I come with this prayer request: that God grant citizenship to my husband and two daughters. We came to the United states with visa lottery. We need finances to process this application. Pray for family that God will make them citizens by next year 2025.

We understand your desire for citizenship in the United States and thank God for Jesus Christ's efforts and mercy in all ways. We understand your situation and ask how are you with Jesus? God wants us to seek Him and not the things of this world. We are here instructed to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and then all needs are promised to be added to us. This would mean God would not want us to worry about citizenship, finances, or anything else that is not attending to His kingdom. If we are to be the light of the World and not live for ourselves, that is what the creation was for and if we are to love Jesus, we must keep His commandments to our best ability and keep our eye on Jesus. Jesus did not say He would come in a few years or decades or centuries, He says He is coming soon and we must be prepared and follow him as Godly examples. Be a disciple to others. Help others learn what it means to be a Christian and not to seek for advantages in this world.

If you are not already doing so, consider becoming involved in working or ministering to others. This is one of the greatest acts of good. Build relationships and be a witness for Christ. The only way to be saved is a belief in Jesus Christ. There are not be any other ways in the bible and Christianity.

Matthew 6:33 WEB "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
Matthew 16:24 WEB "Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me."

We also pray for financial provision, but not just to be used for citizenship acquirement. We also want to explain financial provisions from God and this world must be used as resources for witnessing to others and possibly used for missions to other outreaches and building churches. Possibly even helping others to come to the United States if this would be in God's will that they be a part of a Disciple of Christ and being a Great Commission member of the bible. Let us encourage you with the words of Philippians 4:19 WEB "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

Let us also remember to pray for all people involved in you reaching your citizenship and encourage you to take godly interest in them and be a witness to them also.

We encourage you to pray with us for we further your testimony.
Therefore let us pray:

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family and their citizenship needs with visa lottery. We ask that You provide the finances necessary for their application process and that Your will be done in their lives because we also need to trust You and be your witnesses. We pray that You grant them citizenship if it align their desires with Your will and purposes, and if not there is a reason. We pray for their dedication to being a Christian and to understand how they should communicate their testimonies to others as a witness. May they continually seek You first and find contentment in living for and obeying You rather than being consumed by obtaining citizenship or finances. Help them to become the light of the world and use their opportunities to reach lives for Christ while in United States. May they be blessed and be a blessing to others in the Name of Jesus Christ. Thank you for your faithfulness according to your promises, that all these needs and requests are promised to be added to believers that continue to have faith in Jesus Christ. In Jesus precious Name we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
