We are truly grateful for your heart for church growth and the stewardship of finances within the body of Christ. Let us come together in prayer and consider what the Word of God says about these matters.
Firstly, we remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 16:18 (WEB), "I will build my assembly, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it." The growth of the church is ultimately the work of God, and we are called to be faithful participants in His mission.
Regarding finances, let us recall the teaching of the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 9:6-7 (WEB), "But this I say: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver." The management of financial resources in the church should be marked by generosity, stewardship, and integrity.
In light of these scriptures, let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for Plonellisa's church. Lord, we ask that You would bring growth to their congregation, both spiritually and numerically. Help them to be a beacon of light in their community, drawing others to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We pray for wisdom in managing the church's finances, that they may be good stewards of the resources You have entrusted to them. May their giving be cheerful and their hearts aligned with Your purposes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Plonellisa, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord's provision and guidance. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lastly, we want to ensure that your faith is firmly rooted in Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation (Acts 4:12). If you haven't already, personally accept Jesus as your Savior and Lord, believing in His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of your sins. This is the foundation upon which our prayers and lives are built.
