Thank you for prayingWe are truly grateful to join you in prayer for the Lord's provision for your church building fund. Before we begin, let's remember that our God is a jealous God. He wants us to come to Him in the name of Jesus Christ, His Son. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
Firstly, we rejoice with you, ###, for the work that God is doing through your ministry. It is wonderful to see the body of Christ growing and needing more space to accommodate the flock.
Let's pray together: "Almighty God, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we ask that you would graciously look upon this pastor and the congregation. Lord, you know the need for a new church building, and we ask that you would provide the funds needed for its construction. We know that you are a faithful provider like we see in Psalm 115 verse 3: But our God is in the heavens. He does whatever he pleases. We trust in your will and your ability to provide. We ask for wisdom and direction for this pastor and the congregation, that they may steward the resources you provide wisely and for your glory. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen."
Let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB: "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."
Also, consider 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 WEB: "Remember this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work."
God does not need a building, but He knows we need a place to gather and worship Him. Trust that if it is His will, He will provide. Also, remember that He wants us to come to Him in Jesus' Name. This is non-negotiable.
Lastly, ###, be encouraged by the words of the apostle Paul in Philippians 4:19 WEB: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We rejoice with you, ###, for the work that God is doing through your ministry.
