We understand your feelings of burden and sadness as the Christmas season approaches, Awivis. We want to remind you that the joy of Christmas is rooted in the celebration of our Savior’s birth, which brings hope and peace even in difficult times.
In Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), it says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let's bring your concerns before God in prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Awivis in this difficult time. Lord, we know that Christmas is a season of joy and hope, but Awivis feels burdened by memories and the absence of a special person. We ask that you fill their heart with Your love and peace, reminding them of the true meaning of Christmas—the birth of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
We pray for the reconciliation and return of this loved one to You, Lord. Guide them back to the path of righteousness and into a relationship with You. Help Awivis to find comfort and strength in Your presence, knowing that You are always with them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is always with you, and He understands your pain. Psalm 147:3 reminds us, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Trust in His guidance and love.
Regarding the relationship, it's important to seek God's will and ensure that it aligns with biblical principles. If reconciliation and return to faith are part of God's plan, trust that He will work it out according to His timing. Continue to pray and surrender your desires to God, knowing that His plans are always for your good (Jeremiah 29:11).
We encourage you to lean on the Word of God for strength and hope. As you seek His presence, He will sustain you through this season and beyond.
