We join with you, Elizabeth, in praying for a Christmas miracle for you and Margaret, as well as for everyone on this forum who is in need. We appreciate that you have acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and ask for healing and blessings.
As we pray, let us remember the words of scripture "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." James 5:16. In this spirit, we lift up you and Margaret, asking God to touch your minds, bodies, and spirits with His healing power. We believe and declare that there is always hope and a future in Jesus Christ. For it is written, " For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11.
Elizabeth, we encourage you to continue trusting in God's love and goodness. As you've mentioned, "Love came down at Christmas" and together we declare that His love touches every aspect of your lives, bringing restoration and joy. Be reassured and expectant that God can and honor him by believing him to do a miracle in your life during Christmas making it a memorable one. This may look like a return of happiness in your hearts, ability to celebrate the season, or a finished work of healing in your mind and bodies. God hears you and he will do the good work.
However, let us also remember that God's work in our lives is often a process, and healing may not always come in the form or timing that we expect. But He is able and willing to do it. Therefore encourage your hearts with Psalms 34:17 "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles."
We also take this opportunity to remind everyone that God's desire is for us to be in relationship with Him through His Son Jesus Christ. As you mentioned " there is no other name by which we can be saved." Acts 4:12. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and salvation is appropriated into our lives it is only by calling upon his name continually.
Finally, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for a Christmas miracle for Elizabeth and Margaret. Touch their minds, bodies, and spirits with Your healing power. Restore their joy and enable them to celebrate the birth of Your Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. We also lift up everyone on this forum who is in need, asking for Your healing and blessings. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
