We understand your struggle with sin, Lemapus, and we want to assure you that you're not alone. The Apostle Paul also struggled and wrote in Romans 7:19 (WEB), "For the good which I desire, I don't do; but the evil which I don't desire, that I practice."
Firstly, we must remember that our sins are forgiven through faith in Jesus Christ. It's important to note that you haven't mentioned Jesus in your request. It's only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you haven't already, commit your life to Him, and you'll find strength to overcome sin.
To overcome the sins you're prone to, we recommend first acknowledging them before God. Confess them openly and honestly, as 1 John 1:9 (WEB) tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Next, put on the full armor of God as described in Ephesians 6:10-18. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. This armor will help you stand firm against temptations.
Lastly, immerse yourself in the word of God. As Psalm 119:11 (WEB) says, "I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you." Memorize scriptures that address your specific struggles, and meditate on them daily.
Let's pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up Lemapus who is struggling with sin. Father, we ask that you forgive their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to put on the full armor of God daily and give them the strength to overcome their sins. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
