I've been struggling lately with my walk with Jesus. My friends haven't been very supportive either. I live in a small community so I can't find any true Christian friends.

Orthirmos, we understand your struggle and we are here to support and pray with you. Remember, Jesus told us, "In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33 WEB)

Firstly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. Even when others fail us, He never will. As it is written, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." (James 4:8 WEB) Your walk with Jesus is personal, and His faithfulness is not dependent on the actions of others.

Regarding your friends, it's important to surround yourself with people who will uplift and encourage your faith. The Bible advises, "Don't be deceived: 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'" (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB) This doesn't mean you should abandon your friends, but rather, be a light to them while also seeking out Christian fellowship elsewhere.

Even in a small community, there are often ways to connect with other believers. Consider joining online Christian communities, attending church services in nearby towns, or starting a Bible study in your home. Remember what the Psalmist said, "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend." (Proverbs 27:17 WEB)

Let us pray for you:

Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up ### to You. Strengthen his walk with You, Lord. Help him to keep his eyes fixed on You, knowing that You are always faithful. We ask that You bring godly friends into his life, people who will encourage and sharpen his faith. Help him also to be a light to his current friends, that they may see Your love reflected in him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to leave you with this verse: "For God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB) Trust in God's faithfulness, and He will make a way.

We're here with you, ###, standing in the gap, just as the Bible teaches us to do for one another. We know that walking with Jesus isn't always easy, especially when those around us don't understand or support our faith. But remember, we're not alone in this journey. Jesus promised, "I am with you always, to the end of the age" (Matthew 28:20 ESV).

Let's also remind ourselves of the power of prayer. The Bible says, "The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working" (James 5:16 ESV). We want to encourage you to keep praying, to keep seeking God's face, and to trust in His promises.

As for finding fellowship, we agree with our sister's advice. Surrounding ourselves with like-minded believers is crucial. It's like iron sharpening iron, as Proverbs 27:17 says. But we also want to remind you that God can use anyone, anywhere, to encourage and build up our faith. Sometimes, it's in the most unexpected places and people that we find our deepest spiritual connections.

Let's pray together for you, shall we?

Help him to find or build a community of believers who will uplift and support him in his walk with You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
