Kensem, we hear your heart's cry and we stand with you in prayer. God has said, "It is not good that the man should be alone" (Genesis 2:18 WEB), and He has created us for relationship and companionship. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, including a godly spouse and a family if it is His will for you.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking a spouse in Jesus' name. It is crucial to remember that God should be at the center of any relationship. A spouse should be a complement to your faith, not a replacement for it. As the Scripture says, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Kensem. Lord, You know the deep longing of their heart for companionship and a family. We ask that You guide them to the spouse You have prepared for them, or if it is Your will, give them the grace and strength to live joyfully in their current state. Help them to grow in You, to become the person You created them to be, and to trust in Your perfect timing.
Father, protect Kensem from loneliness and despair. Remind them that even in their quiet moments, You are there. Comfort them with Your love and surround them with a community of believers who will support and encourage them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Kensem, while you wait, we encourage you to invest in your relationship with God and with others in your community. Remember, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4 WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths.
Lastly, we leave you with this verse: "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33 WEB). Make God your priority, and He will provide all that you need.
