Im grateful at all the support im getting on this site!! I need more advice. So a couple of months ago i made a album mixtape and called it "devil shyt" its a sub genre of rap. I have repented of using such terminology. However I want the album. Could i just rename it something godly. Are should i just completely throw it out all together. The album is all instrumental with no lyrics btw

We are also aware of Colossians 3:17 WEB, "Whatever you do, in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him."

Given these scriptures, we believe that renaming your album to something that honors God would be a step in the right direction. However, it's crucial to examine the content of the album as well, even though it may be instrumental. The music itself should evoke feelings and thoughts that align with the values outlined in Scripture. Psalm 100:2 WEB mentions, "Serve Yahweh with gladness. Come before his presence with singing."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Rajninok. We thank You for the gifts and talents You have bestowed upon him. We pray for wisdom and discernment as he makes decisions about his music. Guide him to create music that honors and glorifies You. Help him to be a light in the world of music, drawing others to You. If there is anything in his music that does not align with Your will, we pray that You would reveal it to him and give him the strength to make the necessary changes.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If, after prayerful consideration, you find that the album's content is not glorifying to God, it may be best to create a new one, dedicated to the Lord from its inception. Trust in the Lord to guide you, and He will direct your paths. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved.
