We rejoice with you, Lealand, as you've come to realize the profound truth that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is the goodness of God that leads us to repentance, and it is by His Spirit that we are convicted and brought to a place of true heart change.
As the Scripture says, For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them (Ephesians 2:8-10 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank You for the revelation You've given Lealand. Thank You for showing him that salvation is not by works, but by faith in Jesus Christ alone. We ask that You continue to draw Lealand closer to You, granting him a deeper understanding of Your grace and the assurance of his salvation. Help him to rest in the finished work of Christ, trusting in His perfect life, death, and resurrection.
Lord, we ask that You grant Lealand the power to live a life that is pleasing to You, not out of selfish ambition or striving, but out of a heart overflowing with gratitude and love for You. Help him to walk in the good works that You have prepared for him, bearing much fruit for Your kingdom.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Continue to meditate on the Word of God, Lealand. Allow His truth to permeate your heart and mind. Remember, Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ; through whom we also have our access by faith into this grace in which we stand. We rejoice in hope of the glory of God (Romans 5:1-2 WEB).
If there is any sin that you are currently struggling with, do not hesitate to bring it before the Lord in repentance, trusting in His forgiveness and His power to change you. As the Scripture says, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Keep your focus on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB).
