[Fummin]

Prayer request as I navigate applying for disability. I have been going through the process for some time. However I have also felt the need to return work i am not sure if its the stress of the process or if i am being led to do otherwise quite yet. This has been quite a rollercoaster and I am uncertain. Please pray for me that I be led to make the right decision

Fummin, we hear your concern and understand the uncertainty you're facing as you navigate the disability application process and consider returning to work. Let's turn to God's Word for guidance and pray together for His will in your life.

Firstly, we are reminded of Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." It's normal to feel uncertain, but God calls us to cast our anxieties on Him, knowing that He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).

Regarding work, remember that God encourages us to be productive, as seen in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 (WEB), "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'" However, He also provides rest for those who are weary and burdened (Matthew 11:28). If you're feeling led to return to work, it might be God's prompting, but if your body needs rest, trust that God will provide for you during this time.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up Fummin to You, asking for Your divine guidance as they navigate this difficult season. Lord, grant them discernment to know whether to continue pursuing disability or to return to work. Help them to trust in Your timing and provision, knowing that You have their best interests at heart. In the name of Jesus Christ, we ask for Your peace to guard Fummin's heart and mind, and for Your will to be done in their life. Amen.

Lastly, Fummin, we noticed that your request didn't mention Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. Believe in Him, and you will be saved (Acts 16:31). Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We're here with you, Fummin, as you navigate this complex situation. It's like you're at a crossroads, and we understand that uncertainty can be overwhelming. But remember, God is always with you, guiding your steps.

In times like these, we're reminded of Psalm 37:23-24 (WEB), "The steps of a man are established by the LORD, and he delights in his way. When he falls, he shall not be hurled down, for the LORD holds his hand." Trust that God is ordering your steps, even when the path seems unclear.

We also want to encourage you with Jeremiah 29:11-12 (WEB), "For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you." God has a plan for you, and He's listening to your prayers.

Dear Lord,

We come before You today, lifting up Fummin. Lord, guide them as they make this important decision. Give them wisdom to know whether to continue with the disability application or to return to work. Help them to trust in Your perfect timing and provision. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind, and for Your will to be done in their life, in Jesus' name. Amen.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
