Children of Light

We are children of light, we expose darkness.

John 8:12​

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Good and evil are diametric states. Light does not have darkness, as good does not hold evil. They cannot be reconciled. Sinful man will not inherit the Kingdom of God, unless Light is expose into It. Jesus is that Light. It is Jesus and only our Saviour that has bridged the gap between God and man. No one else! There is just one Mediator - Jesus. But without this Light darkness remains.
Now how does darkness measure to Light? How does a sinful man compare to the nature of God. Let's see:

God is good
THEY ARE NOT!
God is righteous
THEY ARE NOT!
God is powerful
THEY ARE NOT!
God is sinless
THEY ARE NOT!!
God is perfect
THEY ARE NOT!
God is Light
THEY ARE NOT!
God dwells in heaven
THEY WILL NOT!

Evil is darkness and it is scheduled for eternal damnation. It is pivotal to have His Light shine in you.

Proverbs 17:15 ​

“He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous are both alike an abomination to the LORD.”

Think about that verse. How can righteousness tolerate and justify the wicked? How does Light take on darkness? God simply cannot accept evil.
Evil needs to be expose to Light in order to promote good to grow. Again Jesus is that Light -nothing and no-one else are! We must shine our lights into darkness to permit His Love to propogate. Allowing darkness to go uncheck is allowing evil to spread. Don't be complacent! Darkness will whisper lies that their good works secures it a place in Heaven. Sorry only en-light-en people will have access. Good deeds will amount to little without living through our Saviour who bore our sins. Jesus is our proverbial 'human system Patch' that reconciled our relationship to the Father. Without this patch, the corruption remains.

Ephesians 5:11​

Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them.

We have been bought and paid in full through our Lord Jesus. We walk in this magnificent Light. Why roam into darkness?

For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.

We are Children Of Light and light always exposes darkness.

Then, we should be walking in the steps of Jesus. Loving Him, praising Him wherever we are, adoring His holy name. Unto Him alone be all glory all praise and all honor because He has chosen us to be Children of the living God and followers of Him will not walk in darkness, instead, they will be holy and pure in the sight of the Lord.

If you follow the Lord and walk like He walked and speak like He did and love others just as Jesus did, then you are walking in the light of the Lord. He is the Light of the world, there is no darkness at all. In His presence there is fullness of joy. Praise the Lord.

The world, the flesh and devil will show us how easy it is to enter into a kingdom of darkness and then when we are in, we are lost, confused and dissoriented. Only Jesus, the Light of the world will show us the way out. Follow Him, love Him, praise Him. He want us all in heaven.
