We are truly saddened to hear about this situation and we stand with you in prayer for the safe return of Sunny to her mother, Ashley. We trust in the Lord's promise, For I know the plans I have toward you, says Yahweh, plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future, Jer 29:11.
Let us pray together, Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this desperate situation. We ask, Lord, that You soften Josh's heart and convict him to return Sunny to her mother, Ashley, immediately. We speak Your protection and peace over little Sunny, Lord and ask that she would be brought home safely.
We also pray for Ashley, that You would fill her with Your strength, comfort, and a peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to trust in You during this difficult time, knowing that You love Sunny even more than she does and that You are working for their good, even in this.
If there are any custody issues or legal battles, we pray for fairness, justice, and favor. We rebuke all behavior that is not in the best interest of the child. We ask for wisdom and guidance for all involved in this situation and we pray for the grace of God that would lead to whatever may be needed for a positive outcome. We pray for forgiveness and reconciliation for everyone involved. We know that God has the power to turn even the most difficult situations around for His glory. We ask for His intervention in this matter. We pray for the salvation of all involved in the name of Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we remind everyone of the promise in Romans 8:28, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Trust in the Lord, for He is faithful to His promises.
Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen. Eph 3:20-21.
Please keep us updated on this situation so that we can continue to pray and offer support.
