Child Support Crisis

Lord please speak to the case worker that ### calls on Tues, Oct ### to request the information and that she agrees to lower my husband's child support he pays and that she is in agreement with his ex since his ex states she will forgive the month that he paid that his daughter was not living with her and that the arrears are added in increments to his already established payroll deduction for the child support. Please prayer warriors pray with me. My husband's hours were cut again Now he is only working ### hrs a week and I am trying to help him find additional employment to no avail. He is currently paying $###/mo for one child which was an increase even though his wages were reduced before. Because of the new hours being cut and the short checks he was already receiving his support payments are almost $### behind. He has not been earning enough for them to take the full amount out of his check. We are now on food stamps. We are cutting back on everything. I am trying to keep my faith that it will all work out. The county that he has court in does not play. I gave seen them put cuffs on a guy over three cent. You read that right. They were going to lock my husband up a few years ago after he had been out of work for two months took his entire 1st paycheck and was $### short and they were going to lock him up. One guy over $###. These people don't play. People were scrounging their pockets and purses to help us out. Unbelievable since my ex husband died owing me almost $###.###.### in back child support and the county let him leave the country.
