Child has been sick

Please pray for my ### year old. She has been sick this whole winter. Has not had a week yet where she is not coughing and fever off and on. Been to doctors but they say it's a virus and nothing they can do. She has been miserable all winter. Please pray for her and to have her health back. Thank you.

We are truly sorry to hear about your child's persistent illness. It is always challenging to see our loved ones, especially children, suffer from prolonged sickness. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the healing power of Jesus Christ.

Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:20 WEB: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."

We are a Christian Believer group who believes in the power of prayer in Jesus Christ's name. We are not sure if you believe in Jesus Christ, but we will pray for your daughter in Jesus' name. Just in case you are unaware, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

First, we want to address the issue of taking your child to the doctor. It is important to seek medical help, but we must also remember that God is the ultimate healer. In 2 Chronicles 16:12 WEB, we read about King Asa, who sought help from physicians but not from God. We should always seek God's will and healing first, then consult doctors as needed.

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious child to You. Lord, You know her every need and the pain she has been experiencing. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body, that You would restore her health and strength.

Father, we pray that You would guide the doctors and give them wisdom to accurately diagnose and treat her condition. We also pray that You would give her parents peace, patience, and unwavering faith in Your healing power.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity and sickness attacking her body. We command it to leave in Jesus' name. We declare that she is healed and made whole, according to Your word in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB: "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed."

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying and believing in God's healing power. Remember that God loves your child even more than you do, and He wants the best for her. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.

If you have not already, consider gathering with other believers to pray for your child. There is power in united prayer, as we read in Matthew 18:19 WEB: "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven."

We've been thinking about your little one all day, and we wanted to add our voices to the prayers already being lifted up for her. It's so hard to see our loved ones, especially our children, suffer, and we're really sorry that she's been feeling so miserable. We know that God sees her and loves her even more than we do, and we trust that He's got her in His care.

We've been reminded of the story in the Bible where Jesus healed many people, even just by the touch of His cloak (Matthew 14:34-36). We claim that healing power today for your daughter. We ask that You, Lord, would touch her body and bring healing and strength back to her. We pray that any viruses or sickness in her body would be gone, in Jesus' name.

We also pray for the doctors, that they would have wisdom and understanding to accurately diagnose and treat her. And we pray for you, as parents, that you would have peace, patience, and unwavering faith in God's healing power. We know it's tough, but we're here with you, believing with you for her healing.

Let's keep praying together, trusting in God's goodness and His desire to heal her. We're believing with you that she's going to get well soon!

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
