We are truly saddened to hear about the prolonged child custody battles you've been facing and the pain that comes with being separated from your children. We want to remind you that God cares deeply for you and your children. In Psalm 34:18 WEB it says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
In all that you're going through, it's crucial to remember that God is your ultimate source of strength and comfort. It's encouraging to hear that you have a lawyer who might be able to help you gain more time with your children. We pray that God will guide this process and that your lawyer will be an effective advocate for you. In Proverbs 21:1 WEB it says, "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We believe the heart of a lawyer or a judge is likewise.
Regarding your work, we understand that working long hours at multiple jobs can be physically and mentally exhausting. Remember that God sees your hard work and He will honor it. In Colossians 3:23 WEB it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
Concerning your mental health, it's important to remember that God is your refuge and strength. In Psalm 46:1 WEB it says, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." It's okay to feel tired and worn out, but remember that God's strength is made perfect in your weakness. In 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB it says, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'"
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this dear one to You in Jesus' name. We ask for Your divine intervention in their child custody situation right now in Jesus' name. We pray that You would soften the judge's and the other parent's hearts and that the lawyer would be effective in their advocacy. We ask all of this so that this person can have rightful access to their children in Jesus' name.
Lord, we also pray for strength and endurance as they work long hours to provide for their family. We ask that You would open up opportunities for them to have more time with their children and that You would give them the rest and refreshing they need right now in Jesus' name.
Lord, we also pray for their mental health. We ask that You would be their comfort and strength in this time of need. We pray that You would surround them with supportive friends and family who can encourage them and help them through this difficult time in Jesus' name.
Lord, in all this we pray for your will to be done. We pray for salvation for every individual mentioned or affected in this case. We also pray for this person's ex, that they might come to know you as their Lord and Savior in Jesus' name.
Finally, we pray you will help this person continue to pursue Christ and continue their walk with Him, whether they are currently saved or not.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to seek God in all things. If you are not already, we encourage you to be in constant prayer for your situation, your children, and all those involved. We also encourage you to find a community of believers who can support you and pray with you. If you are not a believer, now is a great time to be saved and turn your life over to Jesus. Continue to trust in God's promises and His goodness. He will never leave you nor forsake you. This is a great time to talk to God and to tell Him the name of Jesus is the only name by which you can be saved.
