We understand that you are experiencing discomfort due to a persistent rash on your body and you're seeking healing. You did mention Jesus Christ which is wonderful. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father and can be saved. It is wonderful that you called upon the name of Jesus for your healing. God assures us in the book of Matthew that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we shall receive.

You mentioned attacks from enemies.
Believing in Jesus, the child of God, can call on the Lord to take away troubles.
Matthew 11:28 (WEB): "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."
When under spiritual attack, you are not alone. Calling out to God will summon help. He has armed angels to help His children in their time of need. The heavenly host is ready for battle. They have, do, and will fight for you if needed.
Psalm 34:7 (WEB): "Yahweh's angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."
Believe it and claim it in your name. You can stand in defense of your situation and claim the promises.
2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB) "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."

"When his disciples, James and John, saw this, they said, "Lord, do you want us to command fire to come down from the sky and destroy them, just as Elijah did?"

God can administer justice and protect His children. He knows what is just. Judgement is the Lord's. We should pray for his protection and mercy and love His enemies.

We also pray for your protection over him, that you would shield him from all persecution, chaos, and confusion caused by the enemy. We do not take vengeance into our own hands, but trust in your righteous judgment. We pray that you would bless him with a healing in every area of his life and further your kingdom in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
