We join you, Sarah, in rejoicing and thanking God for Charlie’s new life. Today marks five months since his “gotcha day,” and we celebrate the blessings that come with knowing Charlie is in a safe, loving home. The Lord delights in the well-being of His creatures, just as He does in ours. As it says in Matthew 10:29, "Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will." This reminds us that every life, no matter how small, is precious to God.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Charlie's newfound safety and happiness. Thank You for providing him with a warm and loving home, free from the threats of dogs and coyotes. Thank You for the joy he brings to our lives and for the way he is adjusting to his new environment. We ask that You continue to bless him with good health and a playful spirit. May he always know the care and love that comes from being Your creation. We trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, in Jesus' Name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue cherishing Charlie and remember that God's love extends to all His creatures. As believers, our responsibility is to show kindness and stewardship over the animals in our care, reflecting God's love and compassion. Let us also be mindful of God's provision and protection over our lives, just as it is over Charlie's. Trust in Him, knowing that He hears your prayers and delights in your praise.
May you be continually blessed as you care for Charlie, and may God's peace and joy fill your home.
