Good morning people of God!

Sometimes we all, both me and you, can use a little refresher in what love is; and is not. Therefore, for example, when we, especially as God’s people, respond in anger, rebuke, or exclusion toward another brother or sister for answering God’s call to sound the trumpet or make record of the church’s transgression, we may be on the wrong side of God’s definition of love: for such response was levied against Jesus. When we opt to teach with "tough love" God measures the same in return. To be certain, just as with sin, if in leaning to our own definition of love, we are neglectful in even one area, we err. God, who is love, knows love better than anyone: therefore, our love must reflect God’s definition of love. ALL OF US.


1 Corinthians 13:4-10
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

We are the church. We carry the sign of Jesus living in our hearts. Make an orphan smile. Give some widow some hope, help the homeless, share Jesus with them. Take them all to church and make sure they give their hearts to the Lord. He will bless them and your life as well.
