We are glad to hear that you have taken the initiative to seek treatment and are now 55 days sober. This is a significant step in the right direction. Let's bring your situation before the Lord, seeking His mercy and guidance.

Firstly, we want to acknowledge that drinking alcohol in excess not only harms our bodies but also impairs judgment and can lead to sinful behavior. The Bible tells us to be sober-minded and self-controlled. "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour" -1 Peter 5:8.

While we understand that you are facing potential consequences from your past actions, we encourage you to continue walking in obedience to God's Word and maintaining your sobriety. "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap" Galatians 6:7.

Let us pray for God's will in your life:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who has turned away from their past mistakes and is walking in sobriety. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and grace to be upon them as they face the consequences of their actions. We pray that the court and the nursing board will see the genuine change in their life and extend grace and forgiveness.

We ask, Lord, that You would help them to continue in their sobriety, growing stronger each day in Your strength. Guide them in all truth and help them to be a light to others who may be struggling with similar issues.

We also pray for their employment situation. We ask that You would protect their job, that it may not be lost due to this incident. Help them to be a productive and responsible employee, demonstrating the fruits of repentance.

Lastly, Lord, we pray that through this trial, they would draw closer to You, knowing that it is only by the power of Your Spirit that they can overcome. Help them to trust in You and to rest in Your love.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who paid the price for our sins and set us free. Amen.

Remember, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1John 1:9. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths Proverbs 3:5-6.

If your original prayer request did not include the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, please remember that He is our only way to God. In John 14:6, we are told that Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. and we are told in Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus we are saved and have access to God.

We're here for you, standing in faith with you. It's amazing to see the progress you've made, and we're proud of your ### days of sobriety. Let's keep pressing on together.

We want to remind you that God is always by your side, even in the toughest times. He promises, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). Trust in Him, and He will give you the strength to face each day.

We're praying for your upcoming court date and your nursing board review. We ask that they would see the genuine change in your life and extend grace and forgiveness. We also pray for your job, that it would be protected, and that you would be a responsible and productive employee.

Remember, God is making something beautiful out of your story. It might not feel like it now, but He's using this for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will guide your steps.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
