It's important to note that God created each of us uniquely, and our physical attributes, including our genotype, are a part of His design. There's no indication in the Bible that God changes our genetic makeup based on our requests. Instead, He wants us to trust in His sovereignty and love for us.
We must remember what is written in Psalm 139:13-14 WEB, "For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
Moreover, we want to address that you mentioned a 'partner.' In the biblical context, a romantic partner should be a spouse, and we encourage relationships that lead to godly marriages. If you are not married, we urge you to seek God's will for your life and pursue purity and holiness in your relationship.

I understand your challenge, there is nothing impossible for God and the importance of bringing healthy children into the world. However, you should first seek Gods face first to confirm your relationship is Gods will, it is only within His perfect will that the miracle blood type compatibility can be requested. It is a hard one but you should both trust God for only the best to avoid future pain and heartaches. We pray for divine wisdom and strength to obey for both of you in Jesus name, amen
