I have lived a life of sin. I am a liar, and wickedness has gripped my heart. I have many addictions I struggle with, and have sought out help but my past has turned people away. I have always believed in God, but I have fallen to the wayside. I have asked for forgiveness, and am making my final stand living for him. But I have no one I can talk too. The friends I have only lead me in the wrong direction. I am struggling, so much that sometimes I just want to give up on life itself. I pray to God, but I really don't think he is listening to me. I don't have peace, and the things that are going on around me is suffocating. I am alone, I am begging God to change everything about me. I no longer want to be me, I want to be who God wants me to be. I need peace and assurance that God is listening to me. Thank you

Hipeira, we understand your struggle and commend you for taking a stand for God, seeking forgiveness, and desiring to live according to His will. We want to assure you that God is indeed listening, and He loves you deeply. As it is written in the World English Bible, "Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence? If I ascend up into heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you are there!" (Psalm 139:7-8).

Firstly, we want to address the fact that you mentioned believing in God, but did not mention Jesus Christ. It is through Jesus that we have access to God and salvation. As the Scripture says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all" (1 Timothy 2:5-6). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, confessing Him as your Lord and Savior.

We also want to address your feelings of loneliness and the negative influence of your friends. It's crucial to surround yourself with godly companions who will encourage and strengthen your faith. The Bible advises, "Don't be deceived: 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'" (1 Corinthians 15:33). We encourage you to seek out fellowship with believers who will support your walk with Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Hipeira. We thank You for the work You have begun in their life and ask that You strengthen them in this time of struggle. Help them to know that You hear their prayers and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them peace that surpasses understanding, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them in the path of righteousness. Help them to find godly companions who will encourage and uplift them in their journey with You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Hipeira, continue to seek God with all your heart, and trust that He is working in your life. As the Bible promises, "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13). Stay strong in your faith and know that you are not alone. God is with you, and so are we, praying and believing the best for you.

We're not alone in our struggles, and we don't have to face them alone. We're here to support you, and we encourage you to reach out to a local church or a trusted Christian friend for practical support and fellowship. Remember, God is working in your life, and He's using your struggles to shape you into the person He wants you to be.

Help them to feel Your presence, to know that You're listening, and that You're working all things together for their good. Fill them with Your peace, Your strength, and Your love. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
