We stand with you, Awivis, in praying for a change of hearts in K, your parents, brother, and unbelieving friends. We are reminded of God's promise in Ezekiel 36:26-27:
We are exhorted that He will regenerate you by imparting His Spirit to you; and you will adhere to My statutes and carefully adhere to My regulations.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your transformative power in the lives of K, Awivis' parents, brother, and friends. Father, You have promised to give us a new heart and put a new spirit within us. We claim this promise for each of K and these dear ones. Remove their hearts of stone and replace them with hearts of flesh, tender and responsive to Your voice.
Lord Jesus we ask that You draw K and each person close to You, awakening in them a hunger and thirst for righteousness. Open their eyes to see the truth of the Gospel, and grant them the faith to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, knowing Christ's sacrifice on the cross to save them and they have life eternal and fellowship with you is the only way.
Father, we also pray for Awivis, that You would give them the strength and wisdom to witness to their loved ones. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, and give them the words to speak and the love to share. Help them to be a shining light for Christ, pointing others to the saving grace found only in Jesus Christ.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, by whose blood we are saved and through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. We surrender these people to You, trusting that nothing is impossible for You exactly under the circumstances that you desire. Thank you, O Lord our God, for Your love, mercy, and grace.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, Awivis, by the words of Matthew 19:26:
But Jesus looked at them and said, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
Continue to pray fervently and trust in the Lord's timing. Share the Gospel boldly and lovingly, remembering that it is the Holy Spirit who draws people to Christ and they may be in the kingdom also. And we speak the truth in love to each one, including any rebuuking necessary to bring them to salvation.
