Firstly, we want to ensure that you understand that the path to change comes through faith in Jesus Christ. It is only by His grace and power that we can be transformed. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6, WEB). If you have not already done so, we encourage you to confess your sins, turn from them, and put your trust in Jesus Christ for salvation.

As you seek to change your life, remember that the Bible tells us, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB). This means that through faith in Christ, you can have a fresh start and the power to live a life pleasing to God.

Regarding your relationship with your mother, we advise you to approach her with humility and sincerity. The Bible instructs us, "Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (James 5:16, WEB). Apologize to her for any wrongdoing and ask for her forgiveness. Also, commit to showing her love and respect moving forward, as Christ commanded (John 13:34, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. We thank You for drawing his heart towards You and giving him the desire to change his life. We ask that You grant him the grace and strength to turn away from his old ways and walk in the newness of life that comes from faith in Jesus Christ. Help him to make amends with his mother and to honor her as Your Word commands. Transform his heart and life, that he may bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
